The good Great hotel, modern decor, situated 2 minutes from the tube station (Line 8, Guozai Meisui) taking the tube is much better than the cab as Beijing could be very congested at rush hours. Major attractions are mostly a few stops away. The bad The Wifi kept loosing connection and it was a major letdown As the hotel is situated by the main road, we could hear cars honking at around 8a.m though we stayed on 10th floor.

It was our first time in Beijjng. We would like to extend our warmest thanks to concierge Hank. He speaks great English (sadly a rare thing in Beijing) and helped us many times with bookings, taxis and other logistical queries. It is super important for non-Chinese speaking foreigners to have such support. We are grateful to Hank and sincerely wish a 5-star hotel would have more English speaking staff. Young employees in the bar, at the restaurant and even at reception often could not say a word in English… Otherwise, it’s a great hotel: great location, nice rooms, good breakfast. Another minor issue: wifi never worked.

We had a view of the forbidden city from our room, the room was much bigger than what we expected too. It was generally a good experience for the price we paid. The hotel was in a very good location, clean, and had okay-ish staff. The breakfast was not great.

Good service , we arrived earlier and they helped oss to check in without waiting . Got a room in high floor with beautiful sunrise , wow ! We tried both breakfast and dinner buffet , excellent . We even hade an set menu dinner on the Chinese restaurant on second floor , tasty also . One of the hotel we definitely like to come back to

Room had a great view of the city. Wide selection of food to choose from for breakfast. We could hold our luggage there as we were too early for check in which was great. Staff are helpful and could speak enough English. Lobby is beautiful. Highly recommend.
